As a Chef de Partie at One Hundred Shoreditch Hotel, you will play a key role in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.

You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.

This position is perfect for someone with strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present dishes to the highest standards, following recipes and guidelines set by the Head Chef.


Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest quality and within the required timeframes.

Assist with the training and development of junior kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to kitchen standards and procedures.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all health and safety regulations.

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Monitor and manage stock levels for your section, placing orders as needed and minimizing waste.

Assist in the creation and development of new menu items and specials.

Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and report any issues to the Sous Chef or Head Chef.

Salary: 33,920.00 p/a plus tronc
