Around Noon Print joined the group in 2020 to support the groups growth plans and bring more control in-house for our customers across UK & Ireland.

We manufacture all our own labelling for the business onsite whilst producing 250,000 labelled products a week for the group.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities (Job Duties and Tasks)

  • Answering inbound calls and providing information
  • Making outbound calls where required
  • Purchase orders, stock control and other adhoc duties around scheduling duties
  • Liaise with all departments within the business
  • Managing and updating company databases.
  • Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Maintaining financial and client records.
  • Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment.
  • Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Personal Specification

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • IT skills to include Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word desirable but not essential
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Positive & motivated person with a real desire to grow with the company
  • 1 years' experience in a similar role desirable but not essential
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Sage Line 200 administration & reconciliation
