As a reporting specialist you will be key in enabling objective decision-making by utilising our people and finance data within advanced analytic tools.

This will enable the creation of dashboards that will drive insight, discover trends and outliers and improve efficiency and performance across the business.


You will be working in a cross functional environment with stakeholders at all levels to design and build dashboards that will be used as insightful presentations to deliver a data message.

You will act as an internal advocate to tell a meaningful story through data insight and be the voice within the business.


  • Undertaking data analysis and providing insight to support the business, produce regular reports to key stakeholders and track and maintain key data support across the business.
  • Support the development of and compliance with our master data quality framework through applied insight.
  • Proactively seek and embrace new technologies, system functionality and advancements in data to innovate and evolve our capabilities.
  • Experience working with data in an analytics or reporting environment, I.e. Oracle Analytics Cloud or Power BI
  • Demonstrable background of extracting, manipulating, validating and presenting complex data, using suitable tools, such as any of Excel, Power BI, SQL, R, Python etc.
  • Ability to provide and present statistical information in a clear manner, creating a compelling narrative.
  • Ability to operate and influence at a senior level. Proactive mindset to problemsolve and drive improvement.

Working Location
Our agile approach offers the opportunity to combine home working with meetings, events and training at the airport.
