Job Description
- Welcome customers to the Balmain beauty experience, providing personalized assistance and luxury customer service while sharing the Balmain beauty values.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, building client loyalty, maximizing sales opportunities, and embodying the Balmain vision.
- Be an expert on product information, guiding customers effectively, and ensuring seamless transactions.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to maintain Balmain's luxury service standards and hygiene, both on and off the sales floor.
- Support visual merchandising and contribute to back-of-house duties like inventory control.
- Maintain customer relationships, capture details for CRM, and ensure after-sales follow-up.
- Stay informed on beauty trends, product knowledge, and brand information through ongoing training.
- Grow your personal Balmain Beauty business within the store, taking ownership of your performance.
- Present a proper Balmain Beauty image, upholding brand standards of presentation and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong passion for beauty, especially fragrance and makeup.
- Have a background in luxury retail and excel in customer service.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, providing inspirational customer service.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with attention to detail and a proactive learning attitude.
- Show flexibility in scheduling, discussing availability with the hiring manager.
- Provide proof of right to live and work in the country.
