Job Focus
We are searching for an enthusiastic and customer-centric individual to become part of our Balmain Beauty Ambassador team at SELFRIDGES. Your role will involve providing an outstanding customer experience while representing the Balmain vision to our customers.
Key Roles
- Welcome customers to the Balmain beauty experience, offering personalized assistance and top-notch customer service while conveying Balmain beauty values.
- Act as a dedicated Brand Ambassador, building client loyalty and trust to maximize sales opportunities.
- Be well-versed in all product details to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth transactions and assist customers both on and off the sales floor, following Balmain's luxury service standards.
- Support visual merchandising efforts and contribute to tasks like inventory management.
- Collect customer information for CRM purposes, maintain relationships, and conduct post-sales follow-ups.
- Stay informed about beauty trends, product knowledge, and brand updates through continuous training.
- Develop your personal Balmain Beauty business within the store, taking charge of your performance.
- Maintain a professional Balmain Beauty image, meeting the brand's presentation and professionalism criteria.
