Glenelly Infrastructure Solutions offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic HSE / SHEQ Advisor to join their Power & Civils Distribution team in Hemel Hempstead. In this role, you will provide guidance, advice, and oversight on all SHEQ matters to the Projects/Business.
- Communicate and implement the SHEQ strategy
- Assist in auditing programs
- Ensure compliance with HSES Regulations and company policies
- Provide operational SHEQ support
- Identify SHEQ training needs
- Engage with key stakeholders
- Support investigations
- Develop operational teams
- Promote SHEQ initiatives
Requirements:
- Hold or working towards NEBOSH OR IOSH qualification
- Prior experience in SHEQ or related fields
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Experience in producing SHEQ reports
