Join us as part of our Technical Operations team to provide support services for Scottish Enterprise and our partner organisations.


You'll work across Dynamics CRM, and other corporate systems, building relationships with the Enterprise Information Services Helpdesk (EIS), and Digital Factory teams to resolve problems and issues for our colleagues.


The role:


You'll be a key member of the Technical Operations team and the principal contact for colleagues and partners who are experiencing issues with our systems.

After doing a first stage assessment of the issue raised, you'll either resolve it, or work with the wider team to determine next steps.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sharing queries and working with the wider team to resolve more complex issues
  • Reporting on use of the support service to identify areas for improvement of services

Who we're looking for:

You'll have excellent communication skills, an analytical and problem-solving mindset, and good attention to detail.

Your skills, abilities and experience should include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to handle competing demands and selfmanage to prioritise
  • The ability to collect and analyse information to support decisions
  • Experience and working knowledge of Dynamics 365

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Experience in collaboration and stakeholder engagement — planning, organising and coordinating smallscale projects
  • Understanding of technology delivery
  • Knowledge of agile delivery techniques
