Timesheets monthly 10th and 25th
Payroll month end for salaried and hourly staff
Organise and communicate deadlines including overtime and hourly timesheets
Rota calculations, checks with RM's
Cross checking reports for monthly and salaried
Process salary adjustment
Pensions
Payroll queries
Staff Expenses

ITRENT:

Advise central of required updates to ITrent
Cross check head count report
Absence reporting and checking

RECEPTION SUPPORT:

3rd line telephone for reception
To cover when required to keep office staffing ratio
