Job Position: Export Coordinator

Description:

Darktrace, a rapidly expanding company recognized by TIME magazine as one of the "Most Influential Companies" in 2021 and by Fast Company as one of the "Most Innovative AI Companies" in 2022, is seeking Export Coordinators to join its Cyber Defence Operations teams. In this role, you will play a vital part in facilitating the shipping processes for the company's Cyber Intelligence Platform, ensuring seamless delivery to clients globally.

Role Overview:

The Export Coordinators will handle shipping and export queries, liaise with clients to organize equipment shipments, monitor the delivery process, and maintain accurate records of stock movements to support operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:


- Meeting monthly export targets for appliance returns
- Coordinating outbound shipments and assisting other departments with shipping needs
- Keeping internal records up to date for stock visibility
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Candidate Requirements:

Applicants should have office experience, strong numeracy skills, and effective communication abilities. Other requirements include:


- Organizational skills and self-motivation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook and Excel
- Prior experience in international shipments and courier services (preferred)
