Our client is a long-established and specialised risk assessment practice serving the London and international legal, corporate and talent management sectors.

Comprising advisory, training and research services, the client Directors would like to hire an individual with strong administrative and communication skills to support the practice as it grows.


The role will require liaison with clients, suppliers and partners, on the phone and occasionally in person, so good communication and problem solving skills are essential, as are clarity and accuracy in the written word.

The Practice Administrator will support the Directors and Associates with the following tasks.

Marketing & Sales

  • Organisaiton of planning meetings, including those involving designers and advisers.
  • Daytoday coordination and implementation of communications activity including:
  • updates to website, practice LinkedIn and related social media accounts;
- coordination of publication activity, in hardcopy and online, including liaison with
design, film production and print suppliers;

  • Client surveying, CRM updates and sales research as directed.

Training

  • Undertake training in the use and administration of the client's Learning Management
  • System (LMS), including liaison with the provider;
  • Updating LMS content as directed;
  • Updates to training website content, and liaison with course users for troubleshooting.
  • Training course arrangement, coordinating the completion of license agreements and
- maintaining course materials.

General Administration

  • Enquiry monitoring and liaison with client suppliers and Associate consultants;
  • Diary coordination in support of client engagements;
  • Completing case data research forms and support to the production of client reports;
  • As directed, invoicing / debtor liaison / Xero updates / obtaining quotes;
  • As directed, internal coordination of monthly/quarterly reconciliation of sales/expenditure queries from accountant;
  • Coordinating office booking and event organisation;
  • As directed, liaison with IT provider / Payment provider / phoneline renewal

Necessary Experience & Skills

  • Experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant or position in which coordination of multiple activities and individuals was core to the role.
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office packages / use of Microsoft OneDrive / use of Xero

Highly Desirable Experience & Skills

  • Experience with training coordination /administration.
  • Proficiency in using and posting to LinkedIn and making simple changes to WordPress websites / using a Design package.

Job Types:

Pay:
£17.50 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 20 per week
