Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and care to individuals in need. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement care plans for individuals requiring support
  • Provide support and guidance to children and individuals in various settings
  • Utilize IT systems for documentation and communication purposes
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals
  • Drive individuals to appointments or activities as needed
  • Assist with childcare responsibilities when required

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in creating and implementing care plans
  • Experience working with children or individuals requiring support
  • Proficiency in basic IT skills for documentation purposes
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to transport individuals as needed
  • Background in childcare or related field is a plus
