Support Worker

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and care to individuals in need. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.
**Duties**:
- Develop and implement care plans for individuals requiring support
- Provide support and guidance to children and individuals in various settings
- Utilize IT systems for documentation and communication purposes
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals
- Drive individuals to appointments or activities as needed
- Assist with childcare responsibilities when required
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in creating and implementing care plans
- Experience working with children or individuals requiring support
- Proficiency in basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse groups of people
- Valid driver's license and willingness to transport individuals as needed
- Background in childcare or related field is a plus

Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
