They have a large portfolio companies and activitiesacross various commercial ventures, predominately within the Music and Film industry but also charitable trusts and foundations.


They are looking for an friendly individual with strong Accounts Payable experience and a can-do attitude to join their team based in Covent Garden.

This is an excellent opportunity for a individual to work an incredibly supportive and 'stress-free' environmentsin a tight-knit finance team of 4 people.


The company treat their staff very well, they have lots of long-serving members of staff and the company retains a lovely family feel, they have an annual discretionary bonus.

The role is paying £33,000 (pro-rata)

Job responsibilities:

  • Purchase ledger maintenance for a number of companies on Sage
  • Purchase invoice processing and liaising with suppliers
  • Payment runs on a weekly basis
  • Bank accounts monitoring and reconciliations on monthly basis
  • Dealing with expenses and managing petty cash for various entities

Person specification:

  • Minimum of 23 years experience of Accounts Payable
  • Sage knowledge highly desirable
  • Team player
  • Cando attitude
  • Strong communication skills
