DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer, you will enhance and maintain our clients' DevOps processes and systems. During our transition to Azure Cloud, you will develop and design cloud deployment, monitoring, and alerting systems. Security integration is essential, ensuring our software services and applications remain secure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, TeamCity, and Octopus Deploy.
  • Developed and implemented migration strategies for moving the DevOps toolchain to Azure Cloud.
  • Collaborate with the automation test team to design systems for automated testing through the DevOps toolchain.
  • Ensure software services comply with industry standards and security practices.
  • Expand the CI/CD pipeline for new clients and products.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using Terraform as we transition to Azure Cloud.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like ADO, Git, TeamCity, and Octopus Deploy.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, and Bash/shell.
  • Experience in setting up automated monitoring systems and self-healing capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with cloud deployment methods such as blue/green deployment.
  • Knowledge of containerisation systems like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud deployments, including serverless compute architecture like Azure Services and Azure Functions.
