This really is a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious Estate Agency in the South Hams area in this sought area company's Waterside & Prestige homes department as a senior sales negotiator, with a negotiable salary of up to £25,000 basic plus commission and OTE up to £35,000.

Our client is a well-known, up market property agent with a fantastic reputation.

They are looking for an experienced estate agent who is driven and ambitious to join them and assist with the sale of high calibre properties based in the Kingsbridge office but you could also spend time in the Totnes office should that be closer to home.

The role will be covering Totnes to Newton Ferrers to Salcombe so there will be a fair amount of travelling involved.

You will be highly professional, polished and organised with a proactive and personable nature.


This really is a super opportunity, and they really are looking for the best in the industry in terms of staff.
