About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales negotiator to join our team at a well-known, up-market property agent in the Kingsbridge area. As a sales negotiator, you will be responsible for assisting with the sale of properties, covering viewings, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the sale of properties and provide excellent customer service
  • Cover viewings and provide feedback to clients
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Provide administrative support as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and organized approach
  • Own car for business use
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 (negotiable) and OTE around £30,000 depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with a reputable agent in a beautiful part of the South Hams.
