Childcare Apprenticeship – Level 3 – Treetots Childcare
The Aspire Training Team are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join Treetots Childcare as a Level 3 Childcare Apprentice.
We believe that children thrive in an environment which values their own uniqueness, while providing support and opportunities to grow emotionally, socially and creatively. By building on each child's strengths, interests and curiosities, we guide each child to explore the world around them as well as develop new abilities and form close relationships.
We had a vision of creating an environment which focuses on being surrounded by nature. We believe that the closer to nature children are the happier they will be and the more they will learn. When a child is free to explore natures riches, we believe their senses are heightened, which in turn enhances their creative and imaginative play.
Your roles and responsibilities will include;
Plan and deliver engaging activities for children's learning and development Conduct observations and assessments to track progress and tailor support Maintain a safe and healthy environment, following regulations and risk assessments Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing updates and discussing concerns Support children's emotional wellbeing and promote positive behaviour Safeguarding children Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operationRequirements;
Level 2 Childcare qualification is essential for this role You must be able to obtain a clear DBS Have GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalentHours;
Treetots Childcare is open from 8.00–17:30 Monday to Friday The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week with shift patterns to be discussedBenefits;
