Campaigns Data Executive

About the role
This is a new and exciting opportunity that sits within our exciting Procurement Team.

As a Campaigns Data Executive at Arval UK Group Ltd, you will be responsible for supporting the vehicle campaign process and the practice.

Working closely with our internal and external customers, you will have effective communication skills and feel comfortable working with all levels.

You will work independently and as part of a team effectively.

You will be involved in a variety of projects and no two days will be the same, this will involve being flexible in your approach.

You will be responsible for collecting, processing and presenting data for the end-to-end campaign process. This will include performing pre-campaign pricing analysis and market research, as well in-life management of campaign pricing elements. You will provide standard campaign data, as well as processing ad-hoc requests as necessary. You will ensure that the campaign portal is kept up to date and accurate at all times. Finally, you will ensure that the campaign is closed in a smooth and timely manner.


Although this is a hybrid role, joining us as a journey maker you will work out of our vibrant West Swindon office.

Team working is so important to us and you will feel the buzz and warm welcome as you come through the doors.

On the job learning will form a significant part of this role.

We operate a hybrid working option, this gives you up to 2 days working from home per week; you will be eligible, once training is complete and you are fully competent in the role.

About you
We are looking for an individual who is data driven.

As a pivotal member of the team, you will be happy to adapt to support the requirements of the role and the team.

You will support with tenders, getting close to the data and summarising where needed. Excel will play a big part of your role; you must be comfortable using it at a proficient level.

  • Can work independently and well as a team
  • Willingness to learn and develop.
