Enhanced parental leave The Role - Stakeholder and Public Affairs Manager As a Stakeholder and Public Affairs Manager, you'll play a vital role in enhancing and maintaining a positive reputation for our client through outstanding stakeholder management and proactive public affairs.

What you'll be doing - Working with a highly ambitious and experienced team to drive forward our client's engagement with stakeholders and public affairs audiences.

Implementing effective programmes to promote and protect our client's reputation and policy interests.
Collaborating closely with internal teams, providing updates on political and reputational issues.
Acting as an external spokesperson, delivering key strategic public messages.
Building and managing external relationships with key stakeholders such as politicians, trade associations, and think tanks.
Working closely with the communications and marketing teams to deliver outstanding content and communications.
Utilising data and insights to support continuous improvement.
Conducting research to inform strategic ambitions and drive stakeholder experiences.
Staying informed and updated on developments in the political and financial services sector

What we're looking for:
Degree level education or equivalent experience in public affairs engagement and communications.
Strong experience in public affairs, senior stakeholder relations, and communications.
Previous experience in the financial services industry/financial policy and regulation.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
Problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional leadership and development skills.
Strategic planning experience with strong communication and influencing skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
A true team player with great networking abilities.
