You will be working 37.5 hours per week and the start time can be between 08:00-09:00 with an hour unpaid break.
The position is office-based.There will be regular contact with customers, partners and other stakeholders, therefore excellent customer service skills as well as an outgoing, personable, confident, and approachable nature are essential.
You must be numerate,literate with a proven proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks & projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Website CMS experience would be advantageous.Your duties will include:
- Assisting the Marketing Executive with various tasks including maintaining certain social media accounts.
- Helping with customer visits to sites and booking commercial team visits.
- Keeping on line accounts up to date.
- Coordinating exhibitions and events and attending as needed.
- Undertake market research as required.
- Liaise with external customers to enhance brand presence both on line and in store.
- Assisting the Business Analyst and sales team when required.
