We are currently seeking a Homeownership Assistant to join our client in Kent. As a Homeownership Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the home ownership team, enabling them to effectively market and sell new and existing shared ownership and leasehold homes. Your primary focus will be on delivering excellent customer service while ensuring efficient operations within the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide efficient administrative support to the home ownership team, facilitating the marketing and sale of shared ownership and leasehold homes.
- Serve as the first point of contact for new inquiries received via sale inbox or direct phone line, ensuring prompt and accurate responses and assigning responsibilities as necessary.
- Upload home listings to various marketing platforms, ensuring content is up to date and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and complete monthly core returns for resale and new build completion.
- Deliver consistent customer service of the highest standard to a diverse customer group, flexibly adapting to achieve positive outcomes.
- Foster successful collaborative relationships with customers, colleagues, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Assist the team in conducting sales and marketing research to identify new business opportunities.

Skills Required:

- Experience in providing efficient administration support to a busy team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
- A continuous improvement mindset, maximizing efficiencies and performance.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Competent user of all Microsoft products, with a willingness to learn in-house ICT systems.
- Business and administration qualification to level 2 or above (desirable)
