We are now in search of an experienced Sommelier to join us.

Your superstar qualities will include:

  • Solid experience in busy, highprofile restaurants or establishments.
  • Genuine passion for both the hospitality industry and wine industry.
  • Outstanding knowledge about wines and trends across the world, WSET certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and be able to confidently recommend wines to our guests.
  • Knowledge about food and wine pairings, as well as other beverages (beers, cocktails and spirits).
  • Responsibility and good judgement when serving alcohol.
  • Qualities of an allround team player and be able to support your colleagues.
  • Experience in stock counts and placing orders.
