This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business within the Retail sector as an International Sales Order Processor.

This role is responsible for overseeing international orders and tracking the process from order to delivery. You will need tobuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

Client Details
The client is an international organisation within the Retail industry with offices based in Borehamwood. They are currently looking for a full time permanent International Sales Order Processor to join their busy team.

Description
As an International Sales Order Processor, your responsibilities will be:

  • To ensure that all SAP orders raised in the department have a purchase and sale confirmation in the correct format to send to the seller and buyer
  • Assist with preparing reports and presentations
  • To keep in regular contact with both the suppliers and customers to ensure communication lines are open
  • To make sure all activity is tracked on the system
  • To monitor shipments from order to delivery and ensure customers are kept aware of delivery times
  • Advise customers on stock levels and expected delivery dates
  • Keep customer information up to date

Profile

  • Live locally to Borehamwood and able to work in the office full time
  • Great communication skills, able to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Able to use systems effectively e.g. SAP and Excel (prior use isn't essential)
  • Great attention to detail
  • Keen and willing to learn
