We are excited to present you a job opportunity at a leading UK-based fund manager that offers a wide range of investment funds across the globe.
The company is known for its active investment management services catering to both retail and institutional investors, aiming to ensure the long-term success of their clients' investments.
Your role:
• You will primarily focus on Charles River, handling customization, upgrades, new workflows, and long-term issue resolutions and vendor management.
• Opportunity to expand your expertise on projects related to Investment Risk, Performance, Data, Distribution, and Regulation.
• Initial role will involve 70% Support and 30% Business Analysis, transitioning to 60%/40% over time.
• Responsible for implementing new services and providing external support for CR users in London and Edinburgh.
• Tasks include issue resolution, training, trade floor support, and collaborating on business analysis projects.
• Maintenance activities, deploying technical solutions, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Collaborating with the team to enhance functionality and operational processes.
• Defining and executing business implementation activities and supporting IT implementation efforts.
Candidate profile:
• Expertise in Charles River and Fixed Income, preferably with equity experience.
• Previous experience as a Front Office Support Analyst is a plus.
• Interest in Business Analysis is beneficial.
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders, attention to detail, and customer service oriented.
• Quick learner with analytical and problem-solving skills.
