We are seeking a Mechanical Services Supervisor to fulfill the following responsibilities on a daily basis:
- Liaise with departments to schedule maintenance works in various properties.
- Act as a point of contact for daily queries and issues related to equipment, materials, methods, and procedures.
- Obtain approval and place orders for parts, equipment, and contractor-assigned tasks.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of backup equipment and replacement parts.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate practical experience and expertise in building maintenance and mechanical installations, including AHUs & FCUs.
- Possess City and Guilds Domestic Plumbing and Heating Level 1 and 2 certifications.
- Hold or have held commercial gas qualifications CoDNCO1, TPCP, ICPN1, CDGA1.
- Understand commercial catering gas safety CCCN1 and possess a water regulations ticket.
- Have knowledge of building codes, rules, and regulations.
- Ability to create clear and concise written reports, plans, and operational procedures.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrate strong planning, organizational, and supervisory skills.
- Possess a full clean UK driving license.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should showcase strong time management, organization, and planning skills.
- Highly professional, flexible, and adaptable with the capacity to work overtime on weekdays and weekends, as well as being on call when needed.
