Accounts Payable

This position as an Accounts Payable Clerk in the FMCG industry entails working as a key member of the Accounting & Finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounts payable matters.

Client Details Our client is a large FMCG company, renowned in the industry for its high-quality products and commitment to sustainability.

They maintain a strong presence across the UK, employing over 600 dedicated team members. Description Review and verify invoices and check requests.
Set invoices up for payment and track expenses.
Enter and upload invoices into the system.
Process expense reports.
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.

Profile A successful Accounts Payable clerk should have:
Experience within a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of accounts payable principles.
Competency in managing and maintaining accurate financial records.
Job Offer A salary of £25 - £27k
