Job Description:

The Senior Customer Insight Manager plays a vital role in our Retail team, delivering valuable insights to clients through extensive industry knowledge. The ideal candidate must possess an innovative and analytical mindset to drive client business growth with compelling insights. Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills are essential for providing outstanding client service.

What will you be doing?

  • Coordinate, execute, analyze, and present findings from various insight projects for clients, advocating recommendations and new opportunities effectively.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, align with other CIRCANA teams for a seamless client experience.
  • Promote CIRCANA's complete service range value, acting as a business consultant to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, advocate for clients within the organization, and drive engagement across all client functions.


Required Profile:
  • Engage consultatively with clients of all levels to address content deliverables and business challenges effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, adapt communication methods, professional presence, and empathy.
  • Show resilience and sound judgment in navigating business challenges and changes.


Administrative Accountability:
Responsibilities include financial and business reporting, compliance with corporate policies, meeting deadlines related to personal development, and contributing to business planning.
