Wyld Herbs is a thriving sea moss brand dedicated to delivering high-quality, nutritious sea moss products to our customers.
As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Online Order Packer to join our team and ensure our customers receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition.
Quality Control and Packaging:
Conduct thorough quality checks on all jars of sea moss.
Package online orders securely and efficiently, ensuring all items are well-protected for shipping.
Manage the flow of incoming orders using an Excel spreadsheet.
Print postage labels and prepare packages for shipping.
Coordination with Production Staff:
Communicate daily product requirements to the production team to meet shipping deadlines.
Ensure timely production of raw sea moss products needed for daily orders.
Adhere to all health and safety measures in the packaging and handling of products.
Proficiency in using Excel for order management.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with the production team.
Understanding of health and safety standards in a food production environment.
Part-time position, 3 days a week.
Located in our production office in Hanger Lane, West London.
