This Pricing Analyst role gives you the chance to be a part of a vibrant, collaborative work environment that is committed to ongoing progress and ambitious growth plans.

As a Pricing Analyst, you will be working within the Product & Underwriting department, overseeing and developing the primary insurance function.

This entails developing products and maintaining insurer partnerships to make sure they are successful, well-run,and long-lasting. The 3 key areas covered by the department are partnerships, product development and underwriting.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work with the Commercial department to achieve financial objectives through turning leads into customers and converting requirements into proposals.
  • Help implement underwriting strategy for each of the products, which aims to boost sales while maintaining underwriting profitability.
  • In a timely manner, evaluate and elevate nonstandard underwriting proposals as needed.
  • Verify and carry out product revenue forecasts.
  • Analyse prices to assist P&U and the overall business.
  • Create and improve internal and external pricing reporting systems.
  • Develop and implement technical and operational methods to improve effectiveness.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • 1+ year of experience
  • Mathematical thinking and analytical problemsolving
  • Data interrogation and analysis
  • Ability to effectively deliver and explain datadriven proposals to important stakeholders
  • Microsoft Office
