The ROLE
Your role as Studio Coordinator would see you providing support in the day-to-day running of the business as we build the TC brand, develop new products and provide great service to our customers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Personalising customer designs
  • Processing the daily orders
  • Order production clothing, wax seals, envelope printing etc.
  • Product development

ABOUT YOU
Whilst the role centres around graphic design, it's not essential that you have training or qualifications.

If successful, you'll receive full on-the-job training, learning all the relevant software and processes.

You don't need to have a lot of experience to be successful in this role, but here's what you do need:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • A willingness to provide great customer service
  • A genuine ambition to help grow the business
  • A strong belief in 'working smart' to find more efficient and effective ways to carry out daily tasks
  • The ability to stay cool, calm and collected under pressure
  • Assertiveness in decisionmaking
  • A creative thinker, willing to share new ideas
