**The ROLE**

Your role as Studio Coordinator would see you providing support in the day-to-day running of the business as we build the TC brand, develop new products and provide great service to our customers

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Personalising customer designs
- Processing the daily orders
- Order production - clothing, wax seals, envelope printing etc.
- Product development

**ABOUT YOU**

Whilst the role centres around graphic design, it’s not essential that you have training or qualifications.

If successful, you’ll receive full on-the-job training, learning all the relevant software and processes.

You don’t need to have a lot of experience to be successful in this role, but here’s what you do need:

- Strong attention to detail
- A willingness to provide great customer service
- A genuine ambition to help grow the business
- A strong belief in ‘working smart’ to find more efficient and effective ways to carry out daily tasks
- The ability to stay cool, calm and collected under pressure
- Assertiveness in decision-making
- A creative thinker, willing to share new ideas

- Familiar with Adobe CC - Illustrator, Photoshop & Indesign
- Marketing ideas or experience.
- Photography skills
- Shopify Experience
- Etsy Experience

**Salary**: £26,000 Pro Rata
