Responsibilities and Duties
These will include but not be limited to:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to all departments, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Data Management: Manage databases and systems to ensure accurate and uptodate records of products, customers, and transactions.
- Customer Service: Support the department by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Financial Administration: Assist with client financial queries involving invoicing.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on key performance indicators, sales metrics, and operational efficiency, providing insights to inform decisionmaking.
Key skills
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the marketing or ecommerce industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management systems.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge or interest in horticulture or gardening products is desirable but not essential.
