Sales Executive Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining longlasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional aftersales service.
  • Developing indepth knowledge of product features and benefits.
  • Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
  • Processing customers' purchase orders and liaising with product management to check stock availability and the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.
  • Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
  • Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.

What skill and experience are we looking for?

  • Proficiency in use of CRM software (SAP and Sales Loft, desirable) and MS Office (MS Excel, Teams in particular)
  • Experience in an officebased sales role with a track record of delivering results
  • Highly motivated and driven to succeed
  • Ability to work as part of a team and able to work on own initiatives
  • Selling, Presenting and Negotiation
  • The ability to meet deadlines and deliver targets
  • Customer Focus and Relationship skills
