The Field Sales Executive Role
As a field sales executive reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the entire sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include managing an existing customer portfolio and actively seeking new business opportunities. Balancing your focus between these two aspects will determine your success in achieving set goals and targets. You should excel in establishing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders from various customer accounts, continuously assessing needs and seizing opportunities to offer innovative solutions.

Field Sales Executive Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a business plan for the assigned territory to maximize sales and ensure top-notch customer service
  • Maintain and expand current accounts while identifying new business prospects to grow the customer base
  • Ensure robust sales administration, including utilizing CRM (Dynamics) to follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotes
  • Engage clients in a consultative manner to tailor suitable solutions, stay well-versed in all packaging solutions and product range
  • 25 days of annual leave (increasing to 27 days with tenure) along with public/bank holidays
