Our People Services team supports all parts of the employee lifecycle so your days will be varied from answering a wide range of HR queries either on the phone or through our case management system on payroll queries, employee relations, reward, performance.

At AXA we're adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and our Bolton office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.


Working Hours:
Full time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Training:


You'll receive a comprehensive onsite induction and full training, to set you up for success in your new role with lots of support along the way.

What you'll be doing:

  • Triage our customers to the right HR solution that supports them.
  • Giving advice over the phone, managing cases through our case management system in ASK HR, changing details in our HR System Peoplesoft.
  • Manage a portfolio of HR cases and maintain the quality of the data in MY HR and ASK HR.
  • Providing excellent customer service, working collaborating and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience of working in an HR Shared Services team is essential.
  • Working knowledge of employment law would be desirable.
  • Understands and demonstrates importance of Data Protection and its associated risks, able to demonstrate risk awareness and impacts of risk.
  • Computer literate with experience of MS Office, Case Management and HR systems.
  • Stakeholder Management experience and excellent communication skills.
  • Confident in answering calls and responding to customers.
  • Attention to detail, quality, pace and precision.


As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
