Locum Mental Health Pharmacist - South West London - £30-35 per hour
Hunter Gatherer AHP have an opportunity based with a mental health hospital in South West London. The Chief Pharmacist is on the search for a strong mental health pharmacist to join her team on a full-time locum basis. The post holder will provide a comprehensive ward pharmacy service including monitoring drug charts, discharge planning, taking drug histories, and patient medication counselling sessions as appropriate to mental health patients and their carers. They will be responsible for specialised advice & medicines information to patients in mental health services in accordance with local policy under the guidance of the Lead Mental Health Pharmacist.
Working hours are 9am-5pm w/ 30-minute break - 7.5 working hours per day, 37.5 hours per week. Flexible days are acceptable depending on how the CV lands with the department - this is a 6-month contract which is likely to extend.
