Want to be part of a Medical Device start-up team transforming the cost & availability of medical imaging devices? We are looking for a Systems Engineering Manager to join a revolutionary medical imaging start-up as they release new products to market.

We're in search of a seasoned Systems Engineer / Systems Engineering Manager to spearhead the delivery of system requirements for our cutting-edge Medical Imaging Devices.

Your tasks will encompass overseeing change management, validation and verification, systems engineering guidance and adherence to our Quality Management System standards.

The ideal candidate would be an experienced systems engineer / manager who has experience working on hardware heavy devices. Any experience with optics, medical devices or software is a bonus.

Responsibilities:
nstrategic systems leadership to interdisciplinary engineering teamsnday-to-day operations of direct reports, including work planning and performance managementnsystems engineering activities in compliance with industry standardsnwith Quality department on regulatory documentationnand supporting technical reports, requirements, and test specificationsnproduct security initiatives and advising on standardsncompliance with INCOSE and other relevant standardsnrequirements for product lifecycle management software toolsnknowledge across departments and leading project tasksnfuture product development aligned with company objectivesnin prototype development and transitioning to production

Skills & Experiences:
nin writing clear, testable requirementsnsystems knowledge (hardware, optical or medical devices) to enhance engineering processesnin requirements and test management toolsnof integrated hardware and software systemsnin verification and validation testingntrack record in meeting project deadlinesnmanagement experience in hardware and software development
