An exciting opportunity has become available in the Northampton branch for an administrator to support colleagues in a range of departments including marketing, events, finance and general office.


Just some of the key duties will include:

  • Updating and maintaining the client database with accurate information
  • Running mail shots/ marketing campaigns to the existing database
  • Assisting the cashier with duties such as bank reconciliations and submitting VAT returns
  • Helping with organising attendance at networking events
  • Booking venues, organising staff to attend, gathering literature, sourcing marketing materials
  • Postal duties
  • Answering telephone calls in a polite manner and answering enquiries


After an initial training period and when agreed with management, a hybrid working policy will be introduced with 2 days working from home available.
