Office/sales Administrator

Hours - Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4:30pm. Friday 9am to 12.30pm. Office based.
Your duties will involve
- Answering all phone calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls as necessary
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assisting with the preparation of sales documents including quotations and invoices
- Maintaining filing systems and ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible
- Support other staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role would be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and confident telephone manner
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
