Boiler Genie are looking to recruit an Eco Submissions Administrator.

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team based in Finnieston, Glasgow. The successful applicant must have excellent attention to detail and have good computer knowledge

Job Role.


Working as part of the ECO team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all documents and photographic evidence is collated and submitted for funding.

We cannot highlight enough the need to be able to identify and correct mistakes on documents.

You will be required to:

  • Perform detailed checks on documents and photographs
  • Complete paperwork to very high standard ready to send for submission
  • Knowledge / Skills / Qualifications
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Flexible, positive approach 'Can do' attitude
  • Target & timeline driven
  • The ability to follow a process from start to finish with accurate, consistent results
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable team player. Must have good computer knowledge.
