Our client is looking for a reliable Installation Project Co-ordinator to work within our Hereford office.

Duties to include

  • Dealing with enquiries on the phone to current and existing clients, ensuring sufficient information is taken and relayed to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Taking phone calls from engineers and assisting with queries
  • Creating leads & booking in site surveys
  • Creating quotations following site surveys ready for approval
  • Creating Purchase Orders to purchase materials from suppliers ensuring to get the best price
  • Hiring & offhiring equipment as required
  • Booking accommodation for engineers
  • Paying for parking for engineers using a variety of different sites
  • Requesting & generating permits for shopping centres etc. so works can proceed
  • Working alongside the office team, to support smooth project delivery from start to finish
  • Working with the Accounts team to receipt invoices monthly
  • Updating the catalogue regularly on company software (SimPro), ensuring we are liaising with suppliers for the best price
  • Accepting deliveries in yard & receipting deliveries
  • Scheduling engineers into jobs using our SimPro system
  • Labelling up any equipment that has come into the office for jobs ahead
  • Creating operation and commissioning manuals/reports for clients when jobs have been completed
  • Issuing warranty claim forms
  • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts, insurance policies & terms of agreement) over to all relevant person(s)

Skill Requirements

  • Attention to detail
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Minimum 1 years' experience working in a fastpaced office environment
  • Communicate confidently and effectively, both in written and verbally
  • The ability to understand project drawings, schedules and specifications
  • Experience in working with online computer systems & management software
  • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement
  • Familiarity with risk management & health and safety regulations
  • Experience in Air Conditioning is desirable but not essential
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Good level of computer & internet skills (Microsoft Office, excel, word etc.)
