The Event Co-ordinator is a role that focuses on the full event journey, starting with the initial contact/showround with the client or guest to the delivery of exceptional events.
As Event Co-ordinator, you will maximise revenue opportunities with a specific focus on exclusive hire of our two bars. The Event Co-ordinator will interact frequently with Guests and customers with the intention of earning repeat and expanded business.
Tasks:
- Receive and respond to initial enquiries
- Manage the exclusive event hire diary
- Build strong relationships with guests and clients to fully understand their needs and their vision for the event
- Arrange and carry out Event space show rounds
- Supporting key Events and helping with Event logistics
- Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
- Work with 3rd Party suppliers
- Liaise with Senior Hotel Management Team in planning of key events.
Skills:
- Good organisational and administration skills
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Liaising with the bar team in order to deliver great guest experiences
- Confident telephone manner
- High level of IT skills
- Numerate
