Global Head of Administration

CCL Global is working with a global maritime company and are currently recruiting for a Global Head of Administration to be based in London, United Kingdom.

The successful applicant will be a key appointment to the Team and will work within the client's integrated international team, to lead the administration tasks and manage the global daily tasks and build a team around them to manage the current and future growth plans of the company.


Permanent Role:
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources.

Leadership and planning of Administration, being the focus point for all of the necessary admin tasks and driving performance.


Facilities Management:

  • Office facilities across all global regions, including future planning, Management and upgrading of current facilities when necessary

Supervision of the global PA/EA Employees and be responsible for the oversight of accurate and cost effective travel and diary scheduling.


  • Montor performance and provide updates to the management team.
Development of a pragmatic process and policies when required to support the business

  • Vendor and contract management:
  • Previous experience of project management, Office moves, management of external vendors and successful internal tasks (Budgets and line Management.
  • English Speaking
  • Computer Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office)
  • Financial Understanding (Budgets)
  • Knowledge of SharePoint
