Reports to Identity and Access Management Manager

The purpose of this position is to carry out user access reviews on all applications and banking platforms administered within the team, on a 6-month fixed term contract basis. In addition, to investigate and implement measures to enhance these processes to be as efficient as possible and introduce automation if/where possible.

Key responsibilities:

Assisting with the organisation and signing of various paperwork Following robust procedures and controls Access administration across multiple banking platforms, applications and systems Accurate execution of processes and procedures to ensure access administration is performed in a controlled and auditable manner Completion of application and system recertifications to ensure access rights are appropriate Ensure appropriate segregation of duties are adequately maintained across all applications and services Investigate ways in which the current access reviews can be automated/more efficient going forward and implement these measures Carrying out other duties as required within the team Occasional travel to Aztec Group offices in other jurisdictions may be required

Skills, knowledge, expertise:

Computer literacy is essential and you will have sound knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Word Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel is crucial Experience of operating within tight controls, processes and procedures with the ability to follow documented processes accurately and efficiently Ability to carry out all duties accurately and have a keen eye for detail Absolutely trustworthy with high standards of personal integrity Strong problem solving and organisational skills Solid communication and interpersonal skills Ability to co-ordinate with outside teams and clients regarding policies, procedures or standards and controls Cooperative and strong individual contributor Previous experience administering banking platforms and carrying out user access reviews would be highly regarded but is not essential Experience of administering financial application systems would be an advantage You are required to hold full working rights as we are unable to offer work permits for this role
