Boutique Marquees offer seriously stylish, white cotton canvas Petal Pole and Sailcloth marquees for events nationwide.

We are currently recruiting for energetic, personable and reliable individuals to join our summer marquee crew to install and dismantle marquees for weddings and events.


Being a crew member is an interesting role, not for the faint hearted and would suit someone who doesn't want a conventional 9-5 summer job.

The role offers the opportunity to work outdoors whilst maintaining your physical fitness.

What we're looking for:

  • Energy and enthusiasm
  • Someone who enjoys working outdoors in a physically demanding role
  • A willingness to work long hours and stay until the job is complete
  • A team player
  • A polite, conscientious and courteous manner
  • Someone is not afraid to get stuck in, work with their hands with a practical and positive cando attitude
The hours are long and vary depending on the location of the job.

Most working days will be Monday-Thursday, with some weekend work, usually starting at 6.30am at our base in Stratford upon Avon.

Our season begins on 29th April through to September 2024.


Own transport is preferable, however if you can make your own way to Stratford upon Avon for 6.30am, we can provide transport to and from site.
