Vehicle Parts Advisor

Purpose of the role:


Working within the Inventory & Pricing team, this role involves pricing and assigning relevant accurate car parts selection, pricing and analysis of car parts removed from motor vehicles.


What you will be doing:

  • Pricing motor vehicle parts for sale using data and insight to determine competitive and effective prices.
  • Using Excel and inhouse bespoke systems to analyse and record car part pricing data.
  • Identifying parts from motor vehicles with special and/or additional features, assigning relevant information and pricing accordingly.
  • Ensure that all daily duties, procedures and processes are completed and adhered to ensure a high level of service is received and targets are met.
  • Assist in Stock Control and Inventory Processes and Procedures.
  • Work closely with our Finance, Sales, and Yard team.

What we are looking for:

  • Have knowledge of motor vehicles & vehicle parts
  • Have good IT skills working with bespoke parts systems and Excel
  • Be driven and selfmotivated to achieve goals & targets
  • Be confident and comfortable working within a growing team
  • A sales background in vehicle parts would be an advantage

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
