We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic and flexible person to join our busy team based at Derriford Hospital. The Person will provide support to Senior Managers and Operational colleagues who work in Care and Wellbeing.

There will be a variety of skills to undertake, including the following:

  • dealing directly with customers by telephone answering calls/message taking
- administer informal and formal meetings - to include taking minutes.
- using and assisting with data entry on to our customer database
- word processing of letters/reports
- general administrative office duties providing support to our Operational colleagues


Care and Wellbeing is an evolving and developing area of the organisation that requires a fast-paced level of responsiveness from its services and employees.

The postholder will need to respond positively within this type of environment, pro-actively accepting the challenges and opportunities that are fundamental within a changing organisation.


The role is a hybrid working role, this will include 3 days working from Derriford Hospital and 2 days working from home.

About You


You must appreciate the need for confidentiality and accuracy and be able to work flexibly in a demanding and varied environment with tight deadlines.
