Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all visitors consistently receive a professional and courteous welcome.
  • Caring for and provide refreshments to customers and visitors who are waiting for another member of the team.
  • Assist as necessary to maximise the customers' comfort while they are on site.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of customer facing and other areas to ensure the desired image of the dealership is maintained.
  • Maintain a basic knowledge of the products and services in order to answer basic sales and service enquiries from the customer

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously with customers, members of the public and other team members.
  • The ability to quickly build rapport with and inspire confidence in customers.
  • A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
  • An impeccable standard of personal presentation.
  • A passionate, enthusiastic, proactive, professional approach
