Insurance Administrator - Drayton
We're on the hunt for an experienced Insurance Administrator to join our Drayton Insurance branch in Drayton, Norwich.

The role is full time working Monday-Friday and with every 3rd Saturday from 9am -12pm.

So, what does the role of an Insurance Administrator here involve?


You will be responsible for the effective client service within the Personal Lines team including the achievement of targets and provision of high levels of client service.


What you will do

  • Build and maintain effective insurer relationships
  • Sell a variety of insurance products to customers and work towards key targets & objectives, set through regular annual & midterm appraisals, along with monthly checkin reviews
  • Process midterm adjustments
  • Resolve or progress complaints effectively as per the Drayton Insurance Services complaints procedure manual
  • Clearly communicate a vision, provides direction and motivates others to achieve key business goals

What experience does our Insurance Administrator need?
No prior insurance experience needed

  • Sound knowledge of divisional processes and procedures and a background of effective administration and delegation
  • Able to work within a fast paced, dynamic management structure
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
