Driven by curiosity and innovation, coupled with strong partnership with Business, Engineering, Design, User Research and Analytics teams, our Product Managers create value for our customers and colleagues globally.

You will be responsible for
Define and execute my product vision, strategy and long-term roadmap for Tesco Loyalty. Accountable for the performance of my product and achieving Objectivesand Key Results. Confidently present my product vision, roadmap and performance against OKRs. Provide leadership and direction to my cross functional, empowered Product team, to deliver both our short term priorities and long term vision. Objectively prioritise my backlog to deliver the most valuable initiatives, sharing my rationale with the wider team to get buy in. Deeply understand customer needs to discover opportunities to achieve my OKRs. Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to prototype and validate whether a minimum viable product (MVP) solves the targeted customer problem. Run experiments against defined hypotheses to facilitate robust, data driven decisions on product enhancements and their impact on product outcomes. Effectively document and explain new requirements to the Engineering team using user stories with personas and acceptance criteria, helping them break down complex pieces of work into smaller, deliverable chunks of value. Steer ceremonies and work with Engineering to plan sprints and releases that deliver maximum business and customer value in least effort. Understand and clearly demonstrate the features of my product and the value they drive for the customer and business. Influence stakeholders in Technology and the wider business to embrace and adopt new ideas. Proactively coordinate and communicate the resolution of live product issues. Effectively manage key stakeholder's expectations by clearly defining my product roadmap.You will need
You are a tenacious, motivated Product Manager who is passionate about understanding the customer and excited to build things that they will love. Proven track record of owning and executing a product vision and backlog to achieve clear Objectives & Key Results (OKRs). Proven success leading cross functional teams and stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives and achieve objectives. Accountability for complex product portfolios. Accurately interpret data to highlight problems and opportunities, and clearly communicate performance against OKRs. Hypothesis building, experimentation and A/B testing to enable data driven decisions. Ability to discover problems, opportunities and product improvements. Confidently implement agile methodologies and translate product vision into epics and user stories. Coordinating design artifacts, assisting estimation of effort, identifying dependencies, negotiating trade-offs, and ensuring a high-quality, secure and performant solution. Practical experience of user centred design, user research and product development. Ability to work independently to achieve objectives, problem-solve using creative thinking and decisively move with speed to implement ideas. #LI-AF2
